Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that month’s membership benefits included service and if not a member, we will charge card on file the full price for scheduled services. If card on file is declined, client will be responsible for any money owed, plus any future scheduled appointments prior to receiving service.
